BeatScope (BeatScope Studio) app and service. Effective: 10 July 2026. Last updated: 10 July 2026.

Summary. BeatScope is a DJ toolkit. We collect minimal data: account data (for sign-in), technical usage telemetry, and — only on desktop versions (macOS/Windows) and only with your consent — DJ library data (rekordbox, Serato, Traktor, VirtualDJ) to build anonymized music charts. We do not sell your data and use no advertising trackers. Microphone audio is processed on-device and never sent to our servers.

We do not sell or share personal data (as defined by CCPA/CPRA) and use no third-party ad networks. Data may be processed by: sign-in providers (Telegram, Google, Yandex, Facebook/Meta) for authentication only; our hosting infrastructure (as processor); and public authorities where legally required.

5. International transfers & storage

Personal data of Russian Federation citizens is initially collected and stored using databases located in the Russian Federation (Art. 18(5), Federal Law 152-FZ). For EEA/UK users, any transfer outside the region relies on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful GDPR mechanism (Chapter V).

6. Retention

Account data — while the account is active and until deletion. Telemetry — up to 24 months, aggregated. DJ library files — until consent withdrawal or account deletion; charts use anonymized derivatives.

7. Your rights

GDPR (EEA/UK): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
CCPA/CPRA (California): right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing (we do neither), and non-discrimination.
152-FZ (Russia): access, correction, blocking, deletion, and consent withdrawal.
