The problem: every deck has its own cues
Cue points usually live in one app's database. Prep tracks in one system and they're empty in another — you re-place them or wrestle with exports. At the booth that's needless friction.
The fix: write into the file, in both formats
BeatScope stores hot cues inside the file in both rekordbox and Serato formats. The track carries its cues along: open it in rekordbox and the points are there; open it in Serato and they're there too. Nothing to export by hand.
- Analyze the track — BeatScope reads BPM, key and energy offline.
- Place or quantize hot cues to the grid in the player.
- Write to the file — cues and tags go into the track in compatible formats.
Tags on your template
Beyond cues, BeatScope writes key, BPM and energy tags on a template you set (for example, 4A - 128 - Artist). Your library stays sorted and readable in rekordbox, Serato and Traktor.
